SHIPPING POLICY

Make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Your shipping address must be in the U.S. or U.S. Territory. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $35 and over (excluding applicable taxes), via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx depending on circumstances.

Orders under $35 will have a shipping cost of $3.95.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders placed before 9am PST begin processing the same day. Processing may take up to 1 business day.

Delivery Times:

Delivery may vary from 2-10 business days for the 48 contiguous states

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and United States Territories may take up to 21 business days for delivery

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take up to 45 business days for delivery

RETURN POLICY

Buying makeup and skin care online can be complicated; and sometimes, a product just doesn't work out. As such, if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, it may be returned to us for a full refund.

Returns Window:

We accept returns within 30 days of the order shipment date

Purchases may not be returned and will not be refunded after 30 days

Purchases returned outside of the returns window will not be returned to you

Refunding Shipping Charges:

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Returned Product Condition:

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition with original packaging and/or inserts. Products returned with a significant amount of product missing may not be refunded.

Return Package Shipping Fee:

We do not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return was a result of our error.

Returning Your Purchase:

Please email us at contacts@bamboo-leaf.com for a RMA number before preparing your return. When emailing us, please include your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. Once you receive an RMA number, please write the RMA number on the outside of the package.  Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Pack your return securely and include the packing slip with your return.

Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. USPS with delivery confirmation, UPS, FedEx).

Returns Processing Time:

Please allow us 30 business days for receiving and processing your return. All refunds will go back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
